The Großhesseloherbruecke (bridge) is with its 31m heights and 170m length the colossalest of Munichs bridges over the Isar. It lies romantically over a deep gorge and offers a lovely view over the Isar-vally. The Großhesseloher bridge was built in 1857 as a railroad bridge and was a revolutionary engineer achievement at this time.
