The Emmeramsbruecke(bridge) is one of the few Isar-bridges with historic meaning. The wood bridge ,52m long, is located at that place where 1158 Heinrich the Lion had the first bridge destroyed over the Isar. Also 715 from here the corpse of the holy Emmeram is supposed to be shipped under "miracle" circumstances to Regensburg.
